Software Delivery Policy

When you have purchased your product via the payment link to Paypal. You will receive an email containing download instructions and other important information, to the email address you used with Paypal to complete your purchase.
The Software packages are delivered after payment has been authorised, verified, and cleared to Software Add-ons Limited. Software is delivered to you by Internet download or in some cases, by physical despatch to the address provided as part of the order process.
Returns and Refund Policy

Software Add-ons reserves the right to add an administration charge in respect of the rotation of Products and Returns must be made subject to the following:-
- prior authority having been obtained from Software Add-ons which will be given at Software Add-ons’s discretion; Software Add-ons will issue an RA (Returns Authorisation) number when applicable
- within 7 days of the date of the invoice or delivery, whichever is the soonest;
- the Products must be properly packed;
- the Products must be in a saleable condition;
- any software licenses or authorisation keys have not been activated
- any packaging such as software seals have not been broken or tampered with
- the Products must be accompanied by a packing list
A full Refund for software that has not been installed and therefore license numbers or authorisations keys have not been activated and any software packing seals have not been broken or tampered with will be issued if our returns policy is followed.
Cancellation Policy

An order can be cancelled as follows:
Downloadable Orders - up to the point that software is available for download and license numbers or authorisation keys have been electronically created, specific to this order, either by ourselves or the software author.
Physically delivered products – request needs to be made at least 4 days before the despatch of the products.
